I had a very productive day today and it was a true day off at that. I didn't sit around the apartment or waste my time at Tully's or Starbucks. I woke without an alarm. I made coffee and a small breakfast and then I went online to watch the Plame watch. Indictments are going to fly. I did my hour's run course in under an hour, I got the emissions on the car ok'd and then I went to BCC for the information session concerning the radiation tech program there. The program director could be a stand up comedian. I then got on my motorcycle (finally) and zoomed to the Northgate Mall in order to try to redeem my Simon gift certificates. I was successful with three of them and the other three have to be redeemd at the Palm Beach mall. I don't see myself getting there any time soon. The ride home took me through Monroe to Fall City and Preston to I90. My feet are still cold.

It looks as though I am all set to apply to the program in the winter. I just need some patient contact. I'm thinking about taking a nursing assistant course. Maybe now would be the time to think about getting a job in that field anyways. I'm not sure. Again, my BA is helping me out greatly. I guess I'm finally using it. Thanks UMass.
