Hey internet, should I work as Bob's second, which means that I no longer have my own truck and route and less headaches, or continue doing what I am now? Boss-man is thinking beyond when I leave (a vote of confidence in my approval to the school program, right?) and he is trying to find someone to work with Bob. I wouldn't lose seniority (what there is there) and my pay would not suffer (I'm suffering with my pay now). I think I'll need the weekend to mull this one over. Boss-man was Jeckyll today and not Hyde, even after the water pump went out in the truck and he and the mechanic had to swap the truck out for another one. We never know.
